USA SWIMMING AGE GROUP STANDARDS
These are age group time standards designed to encourage age group swimmers to step their swimming up to the next level. These time standards guide you from just starting out in your age group to reaching your highest potential. Start at Level B and work your way up to Level AAAA times. National Age Group standards are commonly referred to as NAG Time Standards.
2023-24 USA SWIMMING TIME STANDARDS - ELITE MEETS
Listed below is information on required time "cuts" for meets that have qualifying standards and are considered to be on the USA Swimming National Swim Meet Circuit. These meets include: Spring Cup, Speedo Summer Championships, Futures Championships, Toyota US Open, Speedo Winter Juniors, Olympic Trials.
